1. Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver to most parts of Visakhapatnam. You can check if your pincode is covered on our order page  - order.themealnest.com. If your pincode isn’t listed or you’re not sure, just message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm for you.

2. What meal plans do you offer?
We provide flexible options:

  • Breakfast

  • Lunch

  • Dinner

  • Medical Diets (post-surgery, heart care, cancer recovery, diabetes, etc.)

  • Custom Goal-Oriented Diets (fitness, weight loss, etc.)

3. Do you serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals?
Yes. We offer veg and non-veg options. You can select your preference while subscribing.

 

4. What are your delivery times?
Meals are delivered at set schedules:

  • Breakfast: between 6:30AM to 8:00AM

  • Lunch: between 12:30PM to 1:30PM

  • Dinner: between 6:30PM tp 8:30PM
    We try to adjust timings if you have a special request.

5. Does your menu change?
Yes, our weekly rotating menu gives you variety and balanced nutrition without repetition.

Delivery & Orders

8. What are the delivery charges?
Most subscription plans include free delivery. Any charges are shown at checkout.

 

9. What should I do if my order is delayed or not delivered?
If your meal is late or missing, contact our support team. We will fix it quickly or provide compensation.

10. How do I cancel a meal order?
Go to the Booking History tab, select the order, and click the red cancel (X) button.

11. How do I check my order history?
View past and active orders under the Booking History tab.

 

12. How do I check my payments and wallet balance?
Go to My Account → Wallet History to see payments, deductions, and balance.

13. What medical diet plans do you offer?
We provide specialized meals for:

  • Post-Surgery Recovery – soft, healing foods

  • Heart Care – low-sodium, heart friendly meals

  • Cancer Recovery – immunity focused meals

  • Diabetes & Hypertension – controlled sugar and salt

  • General Medical Needs – doctor or nutritionist guided diets

Yes. Most plans come with a free consultation. You can also book extra sessions.

Yes, you can choose this add-on when subscribing.

17. Do I need medical tests before a medical plan?
Not mandatory, but we recommend consulting your doctor and sharing reports with our nutritionist.
