Delete your account

You can delete it in the app

1. Open The Meal Nest app (or themealnest.com/order) and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, scroll to the very bottom and tap the small Delete my account link.
3. Confirm twice: first tap Continue, then type DELETE and tap Delete forever.

If you still have money in your wallet or a running plan, the app will ask you to settle that first. Message us on WhatsApp and we will settle your wallet balance and running plan with you before the account is closed.

Cannot sign in, or prefer to ask us?

Email orders@themealnest.com or call/WhatsApp +91 89775 03332 from the phone number on your account, and we will delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and email sign-in (including Google sign-in)
• Your saved addresses, map locations and recorded directions to your door
• Family or household member names and their notes
• Your health profile, dietary targets and taste notes
• Delivery-alert tokens on your phones

What we keep, and why

• Orders, delivery records, feedback ratings and payment records, with your name and contact details removed. We use these to run and improve the kitchen and to keep accurate accounts.
• Tax invoices already issued, which we must keep for the period Indian law requires.

After deletion this history can no longer be linked to you. You can sign up again later as a new customer.
