What's the reason right now?

Veg or non-veg?

How we work this out: daily burn uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. The healthy weight range uses the Asian BMI band of 18.5–22.9, which is lower than the Western cut-off of 25, because Indians carry more body fat and meet diabetes risk earlier at the same BMI. Protein is set per kg of a realistic target weight, adjusted for what you're training for. Meal figures are our kitchen's own averages from the live menu. This is general guidance and does not replace medical advice. If you're managing a condition or are pregnant, please speak to a doctor or our dietitian first. Built for adults 18 and over.

How we work this out: our prices are the current plan prices, per meal, per person (monthly plan price ÷ 30). Delivery is charged separately where your area has a fee. You’ll see it when you check your PIN code, and it isn’t in these figures. A month is taken as 4.33 weeks. Home-cooking cost is groceries only and leaves out gas, electricity and your time. Time estimates are typical: about 45 minutes per home-cooked meal including shopping and washing up, around 10 minutes a meal when a cook handles it or when ordering in.
