Which areas do you deliver to?

Most of Visakhapatnam, including Yendada, Siripuram, MVP Colony and Rushikonda IT SEZ. Search your area on our delivery map for an instant answer, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your street.

What are your delivery times?

Breakfast 6:30–8:00 AM, lunch 12:30–1:30 PM, dinner 6:30–8:30 PM. We'll try to adjust timings for special requests.

Which days do you deliver?

Standard plans run Monday to Saturday, and Sunday is a kitchen rest day. Medically guided plans where a gap is not safe deliver seven days a week. Mention it when you sign up.

How much is delivery?

Yes. Delivery charges depend on your area. Enter your PIN code to see yours.

How long does the food stay fresh after delivery?

Eat it soon after it arrives. If you can't eat right away, keep it in the fridge and reheat before eating.

Is breakfast only South Indian food?

Mostly. First Bite is a rotating South Indian menu: idli, dosa, upma, pongal, uttapam and more through the week. Now and then the rotation includes a poha or an aloo paratha with curd. The week's menu is shown on the First Bite page. We don't offer a continental breakfast option.

Is there a Non-Veg breakfast option?

Breakfast is vegetarian only.

What are the Lunchbox / Dinner Table style options?

Lite (roti, curry and salad, without rice), Rice (rice, curry and dal, without roti), or Regular (roti, rice, curry, dal and salad, the fullest combination).

Is Non-Veg available for lunch and dinner?

Lite and Rice styles both offer a Non-Veg option for lunch and dinner, served 2–3 times a week. Regular Lunch and Regular Dinner are both available Veg or Non-Veg.

What meal plans do you offer?

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, school tiffins, medical diets (post-surgery, heart care, cancer recovery, diabetes and more) and custom goal-oriented diets such as weight loss and fitness plans.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Pause any days before each meal's cut-off (breakfast 10 PM the night before, lunch 7 AM and dinner 1 PM the same day), and your plan ends later by the same number of delivery days, so nothing you've paid for is lost. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp. The value of meals not yet cooked is credited to your Meal Nest wallet, for use on any future plan. On the 20, 40 and 60-day goal plans, days already delivered are adjusted to the rate of the plan length completed; the cancellation terms have the details.

How does the dietitian call work, for goal plans (Weight Loss, Peak Protein, Diabetic-Friendly, Good Gut Health, Made for Mums, GLP-1 Support)?

After you book, our dietitian calls you shortly afterwards, on every plan length including the 5-day trial. We go through your routine, goals, and what's worked or hasn't before, then shape your plan around you and fine-tune it as you go. Your meals begin on the first available delivery day.

Can my goal plan change as I go?

Yes. Your dietitian takes your feedback and plans each coming week around it. It's never locked in.

How long are the goal plans?

Start with a 5-day trial, which begins straight away. After that, plans run for 20, 40 or 60 days, and the longer you commit, the lower your daily rate. We remind you before yours ends, and you choose when to renew.

What happens when my plan ends? Can I pick a smaller plan next time?

You choose again each time you renew, and you can pick a different length or size. Your weight, progress and past plans stay in your account.

Do you serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals?

Yes. Choose Veg or Non-Veg while subscribing, and switch any time.

What medical diet plans do you offer?

Post-surgery recovery (soft, healing foods), heart care (low-sodium), cancer recovery (immunity-focused), diabetes and hypertension (controlled sugar and salt), and other medically guided needs. All are customised to your doctor's advice.

Is nutrition consultation included?

Yes. Goal plans include calls with our dietitian, depending on the length you choose. Extra sessions can be booked as an add-on.

Can meals be customised for allergies or restrictions?

Yes. We adapt for allergies, medical conditions, and preferences such as vegetarian or Jain diets.

How do I get started with Care Nest?

Send your doctor's prescription or medical reports over WhatsApp. That is the first step. Our dietitian takes it from there with an intake call.

Which conditions does Care Nest support?

Heart care, diabetes, cancer support, fatty liver reversal, IBS and other digestive conditions, pre or postpartum recovery, PCOS, thyroid and cholesterol management. If your condition is not listed, ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you if we can help.

How is Care Nest pricing worked out?

Your first consultation is free. After that, pricing is built around your condition, your doctor's advice and your dietitian's brief, so each plan is priced for you.

What if my needs change partway through a Care Nest plan?

That is what the weekly check-ins are for. If something needs to change, such as a new report or a reaction to a medicine, tell your dietitian and the plan is adjusted. Critical cases get checked in on more often, sometimes meal by meal.

Is Diabetic-Friendly the same as Keto?

No. It is a moderate reduction in carbs, set by your dietitian around your doctor's advice and your blood sugar goals. It does not follow a strict keto macro ratio.

Will a meal plan replace my medication?

Food supports your treatment and does not replace it. Keep taking your prescribed medication, and leave any change to your treating doctor.

Is Good Gut Health a strict elimination diet?

No. It is built around your triggers and habits from the consultation, and adjusted with your feedback.

I have very little appetite on GLP-1 medication. Will the portions be too much?

Portions are sized for a reduced appetite from the start, and adjusted further with your feedback.

Can Made for Mums change as my trimester or postpartum stage changes?

Yes, and that is why we follow up regularly. The plan is adjusted as your stage, appetite and doctor's advice change.

Is Peak Protein built for people who work out?

Yes. It is commonly used by people strength training or recovering from training. The dietitian builds it around your routine and goals.

Will I feel hungry on the Weight Loss plan?

The six-touchpoint structure (morning drink, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner) is designed so you go only a few hours between meals. It is a calorie deficit, and you eat through the whole day.

Do you do school tiffins?

Yes. Little Nest is a kid-sized tiffin plan, low on oil and made without deep frying, with a different menu through the week. Message us with your child's school and timings and we will work out the drop.

Are the Little Nest bento boxes plastic-free?

Yes. Every Little Nest tiffin goes out in a 100% stainless steel, food-grade, leak-proof compartment box, so your child's food stays in steel.

How is the food made milder for kids?

Little Nest recipes are low-spice by default, with no MSG, food dyes or artificial preservatives. The kitchen standards are the same as every Meal Nest plan, with milder flavours for children.

Can portions be adjusted for my child's appetite?

Yes. Pick "A Bit More" or "A Bit Less" on the enrollment form for a standard adjustment, or tell us in the notes for a custom quantity tweak for your child.

Do I need to worry about school gate security for delivery?

Tiffins are dropped directly on your child's school floor before the lunch break, so there is no gate security mix-up to manage.

My child woke up sick. Can I skip today?

Yes. Message us by 9:00 AM the same morning and that day is skipped, with a 100% wallet credit applied to your next plan.

How much does Little Nest cost?

Pricing depends on the age tier, schedule and duration you pick. Fill in your preferences on the Little Nest enrollment form and we'll confirm the exact number within a working day.

My child's school isn't listed. Can you still deliver there?

Use the "Invite The Meal Nest to your school" form on the Little Nest page : tell us the school and we will look into covering it.
