Common questions

Questions about PCOS meal plans

Is there a PCOS diet?

There is no single diet that suits every woman with PCOS. Our dietitian builds the plan around your reports, your medicines and what your family eats at home.

Do I have to give up rice, roti or dairy?

Not unless your doctor has asked you to. We measure portions and pair carbohydrate with protein and fibre.

Can I follow this while taking metformin?

Yes. Tell us what you take so we can plan around it. A meal plan does not replace medicine, and any change is for your treating doctor to make.
